The following steps are used by RRC to provide value added services to each and every order by limiting the amount of delivery charges that the customer pays in the processing of their order. For small orders that do not qualify for free shipment please leave them for pick up (Available for only the 4 primary providers listed below). For items that will ship to us free of charge, Please ship.
The total production timeline is not affected by when RRC picks up your order. It is affected by when your garments arrive to us by shipment. In short, the production schedule begins when your items are AVAILABLE to us for decoration purposes. This is especially important when your items are coming from a supplier or warehouse that may take longer to arrive to our facility, such as sanmar Calgary or Stormtech.

In many instances, there may be a combination of items being shipped to our facility and a pick up by our driver to fulfill your total order.

✔ Delivery/pickup instructions
Note: Shipments are always sent using standard ground courier using standard routes.
